Because all of our items are custom and made to order, our policy is exchange only. In the event that you'd like to exchange your item due to wrong sizing or damage upon receipt, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible (limit is 15 days after item is delivered) with your email address provided. We will send a copy of our exchange protocol to your email address which you will fill out and include with the return package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost of item (shipping of new item is covered). We will send your exchange out ASAP after receiving the return package.
